About Me<\/h1>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

I practice psychotherapy in the EUR district of Rome. My office is located at Via degli Artificieri 7A, just a few steps from the Laurentina metro station.<\/p>

For several years, I served as a trainer in a transpersonal psychotherapy program, under the patronage of the European Transpersonal Psychology Association (ETPA).<\/p>

Thanks to my advanced knowledge of English (Cambridge ESOL Certificate of Proficiency), French (DALF C2 certification), and Spanish, as well as an intermediate command of Romanian and Russian, I am also able to work with clients who do not speak Italian.<\/p>

I hold degrees in painting and sculpture and public art from the Academy of Fine Arts in Rome. My artistic research intersects with my psychological and spiritual knowledge, giving me the opportunity to integrate my work as a facilitator in the psycho-spiritual field with the visual and imaginative expression of the content I am primarily concerned with.<\/p>

My Method<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

The foundation of my method of psychotherapy is Psychosocial Gestalt, an address belonging to the humanistic area of psychology, which is based on values such as: awareness in the here-and-now, the inseparability of the mind-body system, organismic self-regulation and contact, paying special attention to the person seen not only as a single individual but as an individual living and operating in an environment.<\/p>

Having started from this point, afterwards I opted for the integral approach within the transpersonal psychology. This approach aims to integrate the features of the human wholeness (physical, emotional, mental, spiritual) by joining together the psychoterapeutic knowledge and the practices of awareness and transformation contained in the meditative systems.<\/p>

This combination of methods, rarely found in combination, allows me to deal with people who have existential or related difficulties in integrating the spiritual plane, framing them in the experience of individual daily reality.<\/p>

In 2024, I earned my certification as a Sports Psychologist after completing the Master\u2019s program in Sports Psychology at Giunti Psicologia. This training allowed me to expand my expertise in performance, motivation, and the psychophysical well-being of athletes, integrating these skills into my therapeutic approach.<\/p>
